Position Summary The Sr Analyst, Business Analytics plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision making by analyzing trends, developing automated analytics solutions, and delivering actionable insights that improve business performance. This role partners closely with operational, compliance, and leadership stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement across enterprise initiatives. + Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business operations + Monitor and report on data quality, performance metrics, and key indicators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness + Perform root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations to address performance gaps + Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for leadership and operational teams + Develop and enhance automated data validation and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and consistency + Partner with business owners and subject matter experts to translate requirements into analytical solutions + Support state-specific and line-of-business initiatives with targeted analytics and insights + Document methodologies, assumptions, and controls to support auditability and governance expectations + Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics standards, tools, and best practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) + Measurable improvement in data accuracy and quality metrics + Timely delivery of dashboards and recurring reports (on-time performance) +

Requirements

Successful implementation of automated analytics or validation solutions + Root cause analysis turnaround time within established service expectations + Publication and maintenance of monthly and quarterly scorecards Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience + 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or reporting roles + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights + Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) + Experience performing root cause analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders + Strong written and verbal communication skills + QNXT Provider Data experience Preferred Qualifications + Experience supporting healthcare, provider data, or regulated environments + Experience with automation, data validation, or process improvement initiatives + Familiarity with governance, audit, or compliance-driven analytics + SQL or other data query experience Education + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
