Network Manager

• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and datacenter networks
• Ensure network performance, availability, and scalability
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, including planning and resource management
• Support network security initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices
• Manage vendors, contracts, and procurement of network equipment and services
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response to minimize downtime
• Contribute to capacity planning, budgeting, and infrastructure strategy
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting on network performance

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in network administration or management
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security
• Experience with SD-WAN and datacenter networking preferred
• Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization is an asset
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are a plus
