Job description

  • Impactful Work: Support customer-facing and internal web platforms that shape strategic communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborative Environment: Partner with stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to deliver effective digital solutions.
  • Innovative Projects: Leverage modern web technologies and content management systems to improve usability and performance., * Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer internal and external websites using Joomla and related web technologies.
  • Serve as the SharePoint Collection Administrator, managing site structure, permissions, and content integrity.
  • Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer standards.
  • Develop and maintain graphics content for websites, placemats, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication plans and strategic roadmaps aligned to customer objectives and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of emerging website technologies to improve performance and user experience

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing and maintaining websites using Joomla or similar content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and related tools).
  • Experience administering SharePoint site collections.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to translate customer communication goals into effective web and visual content.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting both internal and external customer-facing websites.
  • Graphic design experience using industry-standard tools.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience working in a government or mission-focused environment.
