IT Operations Specialist w/Secret Clearance

TekSynapisseekinga IT Operations Specialist toprovide day-to-day cloud and network operations support, ensuring system availability, identity management, and collaboration services for the JPO., * Provide daily operations support across classified/unclassified cloud networks.

• Maintain collaboration suites, engineering tools, and identity services.
• Enforce Zero Trust principles in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot network/system issues and ensure high availability.

• 5+ years IT operations and service delivery experience; 3+ years in DoD.
• Knowledge of identity management (AD, PKI, CAC/PIV) and cloud-native operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.

Certifications

• DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security+ CE).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related.

Clearance

• Active Secret clearance., * IT operations & service delivery (ITIL v3/v4)
• Cloud operations (AWS GovCloud, Azure, DoD Cloud)
• Identity and access management (Active Directory, PKI, CAC/PIV)
• Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Atlassian suite)
