Infrastructure Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Manager to lead enterprise-level infrastructure operations and systems administration across multiple, geographically dispersed environments. This role oversees data center operations, infrastructure maintenance, systems performance, and service delivery for mission-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical depth, and proven experience managing diverse infrastructure teams across domestic and international locations., * Provide overall leadership and management for infrastructure operations supporting global systems and services.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple data centers and distributed technical environments.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet defined performance targets and service levels.
• Serve as the organizational service owner for infrastructure capabilities and solutions.
• Manage teams responsible for server, storage, and systems administration across varied platforms and locations.
• Improve, standardize, and optimize storage environments, including leading modernization efforts and supporting future migrations to cloud-based solutions.
• Coordinate operational support across diverse technologies, converged server/storage platforms, and distributed technical teams.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and security of infrastructure services across all sites.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• At least seven years of experience managing infrastructure operations, systems administration, or large-scale IT projects for geographically distributed environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams across multiple locations with responsibilities spanning infrastructure, systems, and applications.

-Top Secret-level security clearance, * At least three years of experience leading teams that support full lifecycle projects and operations for Windows and Linux systems.

• Experience directing projects involving MS SQL Server and Oracle database environments.
• At least five years of experience in data center operations, including troubleshooting server farms, networking equipment, and storage solutions such as Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and NetApp/Dell EMC platforms.
