Functional Lead SAP FICO

Finance Design Leadership

• Lead functional design for:

• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) including banking and cash processes

Treasury & Risk Management (Core Focus)

• Configure and implement:

• Cash positioning & liquidity forecasting

• Debt and investment management

• Financial risk management (FX, interest rate exposure, hedging)

S/4HANA & Integration

• Drive adoption of **SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices

• Support Universal Journal (ACDOCA) architecture

• Ensure integration with:

• MM (Procurement)

• SD (Order-to-Cash)

• External banking interfaces

Data & Transformation

• Lead financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and finalize design decisions
• Ensure compliance with global and local statutory reporting

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

• Act as SME for finance transformation programs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
• Drive multi-country rollout execution

• 10 15+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong hands-on TRM experience (MANDATORY)
• Proven experience in S/4HANA Finance transformation
• Experience in global/multi-country rollouts
• Strong understanding of banking, treasury operations, and financial risk

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to FSCM / In-house Cash
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Finance
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (IFRS, GAAP)
