What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build backend systems that encode complex domain logic into executable workflows
• Own high?stakes services where reliability, precision, and correctness are paramount
• Translate dense, natural?language rules into deterministic software using TypeScript, custom DSLs, and AI
• Work directly with non?technical experts to understand edge cases and exceptions
• Build internal tooling that enables safe, configurable automation

• Senior Backend Software Engineer
• Background in FinTech, payments, SaaS, dev tooling, or other regulated domains
• Proven experience shipping systems where accuracy and robustness mattered
• Comfortable owning projects end?to?end in low?process environments

Technical Skills

• Strong professional backend experience with TypeScript
• Experience encoding complex business logic into maintainable systems
• Familiarity with DSLs, rule engines, workflow orchestration, or automation systems
• Exposure to AI?assisted development or agentic tooling is a strong plus
• Comfortable working closely with domain experts and product leaders
