Sr Adv Systems Eng 3

• Support the systems engineering lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, test, and deployment) for tracking systems
• Contribute to the design and implementation of tracking mission solutions for space-based platforms
• Integrate tracking systems with satellite communications (SATCOM) and ground infrastructure
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including software, hardware, and mission operations
• Identify and implement technology improvements and process enhancements
• Provide technical leadership and support customer engagements as required

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• 8+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree + 6 years experience)
• Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance (preferred at time of hire)
• Experience supporting the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with tracking mission design
• Knowledge of satellite communications (SATCOM)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to work on-site in support of secure program requirements
