SAP Ariba Consultant / Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support and enhance enterprise procurement and supplier collaboration solutions. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Ariba modules while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP systems., * Support and enhance SAP Ariba solutions for procurement and supplier collaboration

• Configure and maintainAriba modules such as:

• Buying and Invoicing
• Sourcing
• Contracts

• Participate in implementation, rollout, and major enhancement initiatives involving SAP Ariba
• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution, * Support core Procure to Pay processes, including requisitioning, approvals, ordering, invoicing, and payments
• Ensure proper interaction between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Support procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules
• Assist with supplier enablement and invoice processing within Ariba, * Work with Ariba Network to enable supplier collaboration and transaction flows
• Support and troubleshoot integration issues across procurement and invoicing processes, * Lead assigned initiatives end to end, from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and system usability
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to deliver high quality solutions

The ideal candidate has strong hands on Ariba experience, a deep understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, and the ability to lead initiatives end to end while collaborating with business users, IT teams, and external partners., * Strong hands on experience with SAP Ariba solutions

• Experience working with one or moreAriba modules:

• Buying and Invoicing
• Sourcing
• Contracts

• Prior involvement in Ariba implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements, * Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes
• Familiarity with procurement approvals, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing
• Experience supporting integration between Ariba and SAP ERP systems
