Requirements

Have strong attention to detail

Have broad experience working with COTS-based ATE instruments such as Digital Multi Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, and Loads

Have a thorough understanding of US Government calibration standards

Perform obsolescence trade studies

Author I&T documentation

Conduct troubleshooting and text execution

Have experience and familiarity with reading and interpreting hardware design drawings and parts lists, You can operate independently and solving problems while coordinating with peers to develop solutions. You will support one or more programs and participate in all phases of the development lifecycle (design, code, and test)., * Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience

Systems Engineering Lifecycle experience including requirements development, systems design and architecture, integration, and test (I&T) and requirements verifications Desired Skills:

Development, knowledge, and test experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Systems and Test Program Sets (TPS)

Model Based Engineering (MBE) and DOORs database experience

Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development

Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives

Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

Experience with back-shop testers (sometimes called I-level testers) and/or F-16 Avionics

Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking

Experience working in technical teams across a virtual, multi-site environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration., Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
