Job description
DUTIES: Support and implement SAP Warehouse Management and SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities. Support SynQ application for new functionalities or application changes as needed by the business team. Support the integration of SAP to SynQ application. Identify any issues and errors arising interlocking applications and work on resolving the issues with the relevant SAP teams. Support SAP sales and distribution activities for the business domain for North America. Supporting integration and troubleshooting of interfaces between various applications communication with SAP such as Shipping and logistics applications, Digital Signatures, Spec 2000, etc. Solve and provide onsite support for the warehouse team for inbound, quality and outbound activities. Coordinate with the SAP support teams in Europe for any functionality enhancement deployments, unit testing and data migration for the region. Support system updates and routine patches and testing. Analyze and diagnose any SAP interface related issues on the shipping application to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years in any job title including experience in SAP Sales and Distributions (SD) or Material Management (MM). Prior experience must also include: 5 years supporting warehouse SAP transactions; 3 years working with project management methodologies to implement ERP systems or application deployment; Experience mapping issues and deploying solutions working with approved vendors with proprietary applications communicating with SAP; Experience in warehouse management, shipping, sales and distribution processes; Working with quality related processes for the logistics activities; and Experience with financial processes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and customer master data. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for business meetings and project activities. Up to 40% telework permitted.
