Performance Tester (Contract Position)

The role involves performance testing initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of performance test cycles for large-scale enterprise systems for one of our prestigious client.

• Five(5) years of experience performing performance testing for large scale enterprise systems.
• At least Three (3) years of experience in lead capacity performing performance testing activities, including developing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and reporting findings.
• At least Three(3) years of experience using performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent.
• At least Three (3) years validating APIs and system performance, including response time, throughput, and error rates.
• At least Three (3) years of experience translating non-functional requirements into performance test scenarios.
• At least three (3) years of experience using SQL or similar technologies for test data validation.
• At least three (3) years using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Possession of a*Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Information Technology(IT) or Engineering Field.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
• At least three(3) years integrating performance testing into CICD pipelines
• At least three(3) years of experience with cloud-based performance testing.
• One(1) year Experience supporting public sector or benefit systems meeting defined large-scale criteria.

Required Skills/certs:

• Possesses one or more of the below certifications:

a. ISTQB Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT)

b. Open Text Load Runner Professional Developer Certification Exam

Preferred Education:

• Possesses a Master's degree in a Business Administration, IT or Engineering field., * Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• ISTQB Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT) (Required)
• Open Text Load Runner Pro Developer Certification (Required)
