IT Field Technician

We are seeking a motivated Field IT Technician with strong technical and customer service skills. This role combines hands-on IT hardware work with field service support. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently while travelling to client sites., * Install, configure, and maintain vending, POS, and coin-operated machines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware and software issues in the field.
• Perform inventory management and basic equipment upkeep in the warehouse.
• Document service activities using ticketing or CRM systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, including de-escalating client concerns.
• Travel regularly within a 200-mile radius of Chicago.

• 2+ years of IT support or field technician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, POS systems).
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

A background check and signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required during the hiring process.

• Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually
