IBM AS /400 Administrator

• Perform IBM i administration, including system installs, PTF deployment, and software configuration.
• Manage HMC maintenance and execute system firmware and software installations.
• Monitor daily system integrity, verifying hardware, server resources, and key processes.
• Review system and application logs to ensure successful completion of scheduled jobs and backups.
• Perform problem isolation and resolution for system, application, and customer-related issues.
• Provide monthly reporting on system performance and assist with capacity planning.
