The Senior Project Manager is a client-facing role responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects within a professional services environment. This position ensures successful delivery across scope, budget, and timelines while managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise software, supply chain solutions, and digital technologies, along with a proven track record in consulting and IT-driven project delivery., * Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using PMO standards and tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risks; prepare milestone acceptance documentation to support client alignment and billing
- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external consultants, to ensure successful project execution
- Manage RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain consistent client communication through status reports and regular project reviews
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation aligned with PMO standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to PMO processes, tools, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to evaluate project performance, adoption, and alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience leading client-facing projects in consulting or professional services environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software, enterprise architecture, Agile methodologies, and digital technologies
- Experience with PLM and/or supply chain solutions, preferably within process manufacturing environments
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple concurrent projects
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as MS Project and Jira
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams, * 8+ years of IT consulting experience, including at least 5 years in project management within a professional services organization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or retail industries; process manufacturing experience preferred
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Work Schedule
- Full-time position with core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST), with flexibility as needed
