Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in migration installation and administration IBM Sterling suite of products especially on Linux Unix platforms
- Handson expertise with IBM Sterling File Gateway SFGandorIBM ConnectDirect
- Strong knowledge ofSterling Secure Proxy SSPandSterling
- External Authentication Server SEAS Solid understanding of secure transfer protocolsSFTP FTPS AS2 HTTPS SSH andConnectDirect CD
- Experience configuring and supportingtrading partnersbusiness processesmailboxesrouting ruleschannels andtemplateswithin the Sterling suite Strong capability inproduction support including troubleshootingRoot Cause Analysis RCA and implementing permanent fixes
- Experience managing SSLTLS certificates and coordinating certificate renewals with thirdparty Certificate Authorities CAs such as DigiCert Knowledge ofnetworking and security including cryptography concepts and dataintransit protection Ability to monitor performance and maintainHigh Availability HAandDisaster Recovery DRreadiness
- Strong collaboration skills withnetwork firewall and load balancerteams to ensure stable and secure connectivity Willingness to provide24x7 ondemand L3 supportfor critical production incidents
- Experience implementing and supportingNative PGP GPG encryptionfor secure file transfers
- Strong documentation skills for configurations operational procedures and incident resolutions
- Experience withPythonshell scripting andautomationto improve operational efficiency
