Job description
We are seeking a Cloud Data Engineering Subject Matter Expert with strong experience in database design and cloud data platforms. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions while supporting Information Security Engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data lakes, data warehouses, and hybrid architectures, along with the ability to provide strategic guidance to optimize data structures for analytics, reporting, and application performance., * Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud data platforms.
- Lead database design, data modeling, schema design, and governance initiatives.
- Architect and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and hybrid data solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve data structures and system performance.
- Work across cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS.
- Consult on moderately complex Information Security Engineering initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning.
- Analyze and resolve data and security-related challenges involving multiple variables.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with security and business requirements., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process.
- Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information. Successfully placed or hired candidates would only be asked for banking details after accepting an offer from us during our official onboarding processes as part of payroll setup.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or related field.
- Strong expertise in:
- Database Design & Engineering
- Data Modeling & Schema Design
- Data Lakes & Data Warehousing
- Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS)
- Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments.
Additional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Knowledge of Application Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
