Job description
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Epicor, you will be a key technical expert responsible for designing, building, and optimizing advanced Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions. You will architect modern Lightning Web Component experiences, ensure highquality Apex development, and take the lead on complex projects involving Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and other critical business systems. Your work will directly influence the scalability, usability, and effectiveness of Epicor's Salesforce ecosystem. What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain large, enterprise-grade applications using Lightning Web Components, producing responsive, intuitive, and professional user interfaces.
- Write scalable JavaScript and modern CSS, including Flexbox and Grid, to support highquality UI development.
- Develop Apex across classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable classes, scripts, and test classes with strong coverage for production deployment.
- Gather requirements, define project scope, and outline timelines while collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Apex, flows, triggers, validation rules, metadata changes, and schemarelated logic.
- Utilize the full Salesforce development spectrum, including Apex, flows, platform events, formula fields, custom metadata, and custom settings.
- Refactor and modernize legacy Apex, Visualforce, or Aura components to improve system performance and maintainability.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience writing Apex and building UI components with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
- Intermediate JavaScript knowledge, including Salesforcespecific JavaScript modules, plus proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Ability to determine the best solution approach using flows, triggers, Apex, or platform events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce admin fundamentals such as permissions, CRUD rights, and user setup.
- Experience using SFDX, VS Code, GitHub, Postman, Jetstream, Data Loader, and the Salesforce Developer Console.
- Understanding of clean coding practices including DRY, orthogonality, and separation of concerns.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator certifications preferred.

Range: Minimum: $120,000 USD Maximum: $204,000 USD
