Job description
- Lead complex network implementations while ensuring the stability and maintenance of existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical solutions and mentor junior engineers in network-related tasks.
- Conduct network surveys and documentation to support infrastructure planning.
- Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Design and implement advanced network configurations to optimize performance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network issues and provide rapid resolutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential network enhancements and improvements.
- Monitor the work quality of junior engineers and provide guidance and feedback.
- Participate in technical design reviews to ensure project alignment with best practices.
- Manage local implementation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
Requirements
- Five ( 5 ) years enterprise networking
- Experience with advanced LAN implementation
- Advanced LAN implementation experience
- Expertise in complex network troubleshooting
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in technical documentation
- Skilled in analyzing customer requirements
- Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions
- Must have an active Secret clearance
CERTIFICATIONS
CCNP or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS
- Experience with project management
- Proficiency in training development and delivery
- Skilled in customer relationship management
- Expertise in change management processes, While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
