Job description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an individual to serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. Responsible for activities associated with delivery of software solutions associated with customer-defined systems and software projects by working in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Requirements

3-5+ years of Development experience in Java or C# (Object Oriented Programming concepts)

Secret clearance

Within 4 hours of O'Fallon Illinois (this team works remotely apart from planning meetings held every 10 weeks requiring to be onsite in O'fallon Illinois)

Security + Certified Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology

Experience with Spring framework

Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services -- SOAP / REST, JUNIT -- Mockito, and MAVEN

Experience with Markup Languages like XML and JSON

Experience with Google Go
