Job description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services portfolio, including software development, QA/testing, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth., * Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
- Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach
- Networking, events, and referrals
Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT services solutions:
- Custom software development
- QA & automation testing
- AI/LLM-based solutions
- Cloud & DevOps services
Manage the full sales cycle:
- Lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closure
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and deal progress
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Strong understanding of IT services (software, QA, cloud, AI is a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with tools like Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to outsourcing/offshore delivery models
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation, or SaaS platforms
