Job description
Perform systems engineering and administration across on-prem and cloud environments Manage Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, including MFA and conditional access Evaluate and improve IT architecture and configurations
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST requirements
- Implement STIG baselines and security configurations
- Manage patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
- Install and maintain servers, storage, and network systems
- Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Support security tools such as EDR and compliance baselines
- Maintain system documentation and SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in IT or related field
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience
- Strong experience with Azure, M365, and hybrid environments
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Experience with PowerShell and automation
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Architect
- Security+ or equivalent
