Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for Snowflake data warehouse
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple data sources
  • Develop and maintain data models, mappings, workflows, and sessions
  • Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data issues
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, and quality checks
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts and architects
  • Support production issues and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

  • experience in ETL development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
  • Experience working with Snowflake (data loading, querying, optimization)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star schema, Snowflake schema, SCDs)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting
  • Knowledge of performance tuning techniques
  • Familiarity with data integration patterns and best practices, * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
  • Knowledge of Informatica Cloud (IICS) is a plus
  • Experience with Python or scripting languages
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
  • Understanding of data governance and security standards
