Salesforce AI Administrator

• Experience - 7 to 8 years SFDC experience as Admin and Development
• Configure and manage Salesforce security, users, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning apps.
• Build advanced automations using Flow, Approval Processes, validation rules, assignment rules, and escalation workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as needed.
• Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data management utilities.
• Create advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights and performance tracking.
• Manage deployments, environments, testing, and production support following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Next Best Action, Bots, and AI-driven insights.
• Ensure AI readiness through strong data quality, governance, security, and responsible AI usage.
