Salesforce Developer & Administrator

We are seeking an Experienced Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our team in a remote role. The selected professional will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development and administration, from declarative configuration to complex Apex coding and system integration, ensuring a scalable, efficient platform aligned with business objectives., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Apex code, including triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processes, following best practices and design patterns.

• Write and optimize complex SOQL/SOSL queries for large datasets with adherence to governor limits.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.
• Develop robust unit tests to maintain minimum 75% code coverage, targeting 90%+, and perform systematic debugging.
• Configure advanced declarative solutions including Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields to automate business processes.
• Execute data migrations, updates, and de-duplication using Data Loader and ETL tools.
• Administer security and governance, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWDs.
• Plan and manage deployments across sandboxes and production using Change Sets with minimal downtime.
• Leverage Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions for development, version control, and metadata management.
• Oversee refresh and maintenance of Developer, Pro, and Full Sandboxes.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise with Visual Studio Code, Data Loader, and Salesforce Workbench.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
