Job description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong UI/UX design expertise to lead the end-to-end experience for a next-generation EV charging platform. This role combines product design, front-end engineering, and AI-assisted development to deliver a seamless, unified user experience across mobile, web, and embedded device interfaces., Product & Experience Ownership

Design and develop mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Build intuitive, high-performance web applications for operators and enterprise users
Design UI for embedded charger screens (24-inch display interfaces)
Simplify user journeys to enable charging in three steps or fewer

Full Stack Development

Develop scalable front-end applications using React, React Native, TypeScript
Integrate with backend APIs, sales systems, and operational platforms
Collaborate with backend, hardware, and operations teams

Design Systems & UI/UX

Build and maintain a scalable design system
Create consistent UI patterns across mobile, web, and device interfaces
Use Figma or similar tools for design workflows

AI-Driven Development

Leverage tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Figma AI
Accelerate development cycles using AI-assisted coding
Validate and refine AI-generated outputs with strong engineering judgment

Requirements

10+ years of experience in full stack or front-end development
Strong expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Experience building mobile apps (iOS & Android)
Experience integrating APIs and complex backend systems
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.)
Experience working with AI coding assistants
Strong communication and collaboration skills, * Experience in EV, IoT, automotive, or hardware-integrated platforms
Knowledge of OCPP or similar protocols
Experience designing multi-user platforms (B2B + B2C)
Experience with kiosk/tablet/embedded UI systems
Accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
Leadership or mentoring experience
