Full Stack Desk Developer

We are seeking Full Stack Developers to join their collaborative team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will work alongside both technical and non-technical experts, developing innovative full-stack applications that address the needs of various business lines. • Engage in rapid prototyping to iterate on solutions based on direct user feedback, ensuring the final product aligns with user needs.
• Manage projects from initial analysis through to delivery, ensuring end-to-end ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals and requirements.

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development utilizing Python, C#, and React.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on applications based on user feedback.
• Proven track record of managing project lifecycles independently from analysis to delivery.
• Strong professional stability with minimal job changes over the past several years.
