IT Systems Administrator

In this role as an IT Systems Administrator, you will be central to maintaining and configuring IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team, you''ll ensure a stable and secure environment for all users while providing essential support for any technical issues that arise. Your efforts will directly impact system reliability and end-user satisfaction., * Maintain and configure IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premise and in cloud environments.

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end users, resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Manage software and hardware assets to ensure optimal utilization and performance.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure roles, working in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms, demonstrating hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with key tech stacks involving storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring functionality and reliability.
• Experience in endpoint protection, patch management, and email security, particularly in a corporate setting.
