Software Quality Engineer

• Develop and maintain software quality standards, processes, and procedures
• Perform and support:

• Software inspections
• Testing, verification, and validation (V&V)

• Ensure compliance with:

• Project requirements
• Contractual and regulatory standards

• Review:

• Software designs
• Change requests
• Test plans and specifications

• Support traceability, requirement allocation, and testability analysis
• Ensure software quality processes meet reliability and performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:

• Engineering
• Test
• Manufacturing

• Support continuous improvement of software quality and development processes

This role focuses on software quality assurance, verification, and validation within a high-reliability electronics and RF environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with test requirements, software quality processes, and RF-related systems in a manufacturing or production setting., * Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related)

• 5+ years of experience in software quality, QA, or validation
• Experience working in:

• Electronics, manufacturing, or defense environments

• Familiarity with:

• RF testing or RF-related systems

• Experience reviewing and interpreting:

• Test requirements
• Technical specifications

• Understanding of:

• Software verification and validation processes
• Quality standards and compliance requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
