Help Desk Technician

• Provide hands-on desktop support for end users across the business
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
• Support printers, scanners, and conference room/AV systems
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, device provisioning)
• Deliver high-quality, white-glove support to employees, including senior stakeholders
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user administration
• Assist with basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity)
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
• Take ownership of issues and follow through to completion

This position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, evolving environment., * Experience in desktop support or IT support (internship or full-time)

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
• Experience supporting hardware, printers, and end-user devices
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune)
• Experience with Teams and SharePoint
• Exposure to user onboarding processes
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi), * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
