Senior Digital Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager for a Contract position with a client located in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area) - Hybrid - (Onsite Tuesday / Thursday)., Position Summary: This contractor role partners closely across the Marketing team with a specific emphasis on MarketingOps, Digital, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Regional/Field teams to support day-to-day web operations, campaign execution, and project coordination.

• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-focused role
• Experience with Adobe Workfront in an enterprise marketing environment, including project intake, task management, and cross-functional workflow coordination; familiarity with other project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Jira) a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and priorities with strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including page building and content update workflows; familiarity with other enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager) a plus
• Experience performing QA on digital deliverables and managing content update workflows

Skills

• Strong project coordination instincts with a bias toward follow-through and accountability
• Comfort operating across a cross-functional environment alongside MarketingOps, Digital Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Sales and Field teams
• Familiarity with full-cycle campaign workflows from brief through delivery
• Ability to build clear, usable process documentation and workflow guides
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that support scale
• Collaborative working style with a high degree of ownership over day-to-day execution quality
• Working knowledge of web content management with comfort across page builds, content updates and digital asset deployment
