We are seeking a Senior FrontEnd Developer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript and React to design and build scalable, highperformance web applications. This role is ideal for a handson engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and leveraging AIassisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.

You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into responsive, performant, and userfriendly frontend solutions., FrontEnd Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and JavaScript
• Build reusable, scalable UI components using functional components and React hooks
• Implement responsive, accessible, and crossbrowsercompatible user interfaces
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Apply best practices around component architecture, state management, and code quality

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and load times
• Improve application responsiveness through efficient state management and memoization
• Analyze and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks using modern tooling

Styling & UI Implementation

• Implement clean, maintainable styling using CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and componentbased UI frameworks
• Build responsive layouts using Bootstrap
• Customize and theme applications using Material UI (MUI)
• Collaborate with designers to accurately implement UI/UX designs from tools like Figma

Collaboration & Leadership

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features iteratively
• Enforce frontend best practices related to testing, maintainability, and scalability
• Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and development trends

AIAssisted Development

• Actively use AIpowered development tools (e.g., coding assistants, CLIbased AI tools, AI debugging/testing tools)
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to accelerate development and improve code quality

Core Technical Skills

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) expertise, including async programming and modern language features
• Advanced React experience:

• Functional components and hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback)
• State management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar)
• Componentdriven architecture

• Proficiency with TypeScript
• Strong experience with HTML5 and semantic markup
• Deep understanding of CSS3, including:

• Flexbox and Grid
• Responsive design principles
• Modular CSS or CSSinJS

• Handson experience with Bootstrap and Material UI (MUI)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs (JSON)
• Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)
• Strong experience using Git in collaborative development environments
• Proven ability to debug, optimize performance, and solve complex UI challenges

Development Practices

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite and partner closely with crossfunctional teams
