Technical Leadership & Ownership
- Serve as the technical leader for a small, experienced engineering team
- Own technical outcomes including architecture, design quality, delivery timelines, and maintainability
- Drive best practices around design patterns, code structure, performance, and security
- Partner effectively with architects, product partners, QA, and senior stakeholders
- Make thoughtful, accountable technical decisions aligned with business goals
HandsOn Development
- Write productionquality code daily; this is a primarily handson role
- Balance approximately 80% coding and 20% leadership, adjusting as project needs require
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend systems
- Review code, guide implementations, and raise overall engineering standards
- Quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies, including AIenabled development tools
Mentorship & Team Enablement
- Mentor and guide developers through pairing, reviews, and architectural discussions
- Provide clear technical direction without micromanaging
- Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Set a high bar for engineering excellence and professionalism
Technical Requirements Core Stack
- FrontEnd: Strong JavaScript experience with UI development
- BackEnd: Solid expertise in C# / .NET
