Job description

  • Configure and troubleshoot complex Workday business processes, especially in Payroll, Time, and Absence modules
  • Perform tenant configuration, integrations, reporting, and data loads
  • Design and maintain Workday integrations using EIB and other integration tools
  • Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Provide pre- and post-launch support, testing, and user training
  • Maintain technical documentation and change management records
  • Support sandbox and production environments
  • Review workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Participate in Workday feature releases and system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit and change management standards

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Analyst / Workday Developer with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or related Workday modules, along with full lifecycle development experience. Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations (not just maintenance/support)
  • Experience building Workday integrations from scratch
  • Strong requirement gathering and business partner interaction experience
  • Experience with full Workday development lifecycle
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday Configuration or Integrations
  • Strong documentation and change management experience
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one Workday module: Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Time & Absence Compensation, Benefits, * 6+ years of Workday HCM experience
  • Strong experience across at least 3 Workday modules
  • Experience with Workday Integrations
  • Knowledge of:
  • Workday Business Processes
  • Security Framework
  • Workday Data Model
  • Reporting & Data Loads
  • Hands-on experience with EIB mass data loads
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification or Workday Pro Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in cloud-based multi-tenant environments
  • Strong understanding of Workday Implementation Methodology
