Job description
- Configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Financials).
- Build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
- Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and business process frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday experience, with strong expertise in at least one functional area.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Financials) preferred.
- Experience with APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST; Agile/Scrum environments a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
