Job description

  • Agent Servicing Platforms: Build collaborative, reusable tools that optimize the experience for both our software developers and frontline agents.
  • Enterprise Document Management: Oversee the real-time ingestion and safeguarding of a 15-billion+ document ecosystem, ensuring high-stakes data is handled with precision.
  • Card Servicing Platform: Lead full-stack, global innovation for our 24/7 agent platform, balancing design, economics, and technology to support customers worldwide.
  • Outbound Correspondence: Drive the self-service strategy for our enterprise communication platform, enabling lines of business to seamlessly deliver billions of letters, cards, and statements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, * Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
