SAP PM / PS / RE-FX Consultant

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support for SAP PM, PS, and RE-FX modules
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ABAP, Basis, and integration teams
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
• Provide production support and continuous system improvements
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Support audits and documentation required for security clearance environments

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX) modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role requires working in a security-sensitive environment, and candidates must be eligible for government security clearance., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience
• Strong expertise in:

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• SAP Project Systems (PS)
• SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX)

• Experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points across modules
• Experience with S/4HANA is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Ability to pass background verification and identity checks
• Willingness to comply with all government and client security protocols
• Prior experience in federal, defense, or regulated environments is a plus, * Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques
• Exposure to real estate lease accounting and asset lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, * Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
