Then we are looking for you to join our US SMB Client Marketing team.
This position reports to the US SMB Client Marketing Director and will collaborate closely with SMB Client sales, Client Success, product marketing and corporate teams to orchestrate and align strategy across multiple channels to develop and deliver multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing programming that drives healthy pipeline for the business. This person has the ability to see the big picture, specific to the audience, while executing on tactics to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute and lead focused programming for cross-sell and/or thought leadership programming within existing US SMB customer base.
· Play an integral role in strategy development of growth-focused marketing campaigns and programming (including email nurtures, webinars, etc.) across multiple channels and touchpoints.
· Identify and execute optimal tactics to produce measurable and sustainable results that strengthen the brand and ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth across all customer segments.
· Assist in evaluation, selection and management of vendors that contribute to local client marketing programs and oversee the creative development process for pipeline driving marketing campaigns, including allocating budget, working with vendors/creative agencies/writers/designers.
· Continuously track and monitor offer/campaign/creative effectiveness. Deliver relevant reports and present insights to keep the organization abreast of marketing activities; forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs.
· Recognize and adapt to changes to the marketplace and industry and quickly adjust marketing plans accordingly to assure continued success.
· Build and foster a continuous knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur customers, identifying cohorts of customers across the customer lifecycle to deliver targeted messaging.
· Proactively engage and align with cross-functional teams, including Client Success, Client Sales, Global Customer Marketing, Corporate Campaigns, Brand, Digital/Community, and Solution & Product to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
· Drive marketing sourced pipeline, while supporting US SMB revenue goals and retention rates across customer segments.
Requirements
· Degree level education with 5+ years marketing experience in B2B industry, ideally with experience in SaaS and customer marketing
· Experience developing and executing successful demand-gen programming to drive client pipeline and revenue
· Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
