Scrum Master

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Mandatory: Experience in public sector healthcare data platform projects
• Proven experience facilitating end-to-end Agile delivery using Scrum framework
• Strong experience managing sprint lifecycle (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
• Experience ensuring full traceability (Epics Stories Tasks PRs Releases) for audit readiness
• Strong experience in backlog refinement, story decomposition, and Definition of Ready/Done compliance
• Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving team-level impediments and blockers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, architecture, governance)
• Experience tracking and improving team metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, flow efficiency)
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity through retrospectives and coaching

Tools & Proficiency

• Azure DevOps Expert (mandatory)
• ADO Pipelines / Repos Advanced
• Power BI / Dashboards Working knowledge
