Job description

Lead technical migrations from SailPoint IIQ to Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Audit and reverse-engineer legacy Java-based plugins and BeanShell workflows to extract business logic.
Reduce technical debt by replacing custom IIQ workflows with native ISC features.
Design and build ISC transforms, workflows, and lifecycle states to replace legacy rule-based logic.
Utilize SailPoint REST APIs and ISC connectivity framework for data migration and system integration.
Re-model legacy IIQ roles and entitlements into ISC-compatible access structures.
Develop microservices and containerized applications to support IAM solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of enterprise identity and access management (IAM) experience.
Minimum 4+ years of SailPoint IIQ development experience.
Minimum 2+ years of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle migration from IIQ to ISC., * Strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and workflow development.
Experience with REST APIs and system integration.
Knowledge of microservices and containerized architectures.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or cloud-based ML solutions.
Understanding of secure coding practices and responsible AI principles.
Familiarity with SailPoint Role Insights or AI-driven access recommendations., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
