Job description

  • Monitor help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and provide timely support for incidents, requests, and projects.
  • Document issue resolutions in accordance with knowledge management practices.
  • Deploy and manage hardware including computers, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure connectivity of workstations, servers, phones, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Analyze device performance and report recurring issues to appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business partners for upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
  • Provide end-user support for employees and visitors within the assigned region.
  • Assist in resolving security issues and ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with support team members.
  • Coordinate desktop and server system implementations with infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and follow asset management processes.
  • Support application development teams throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Cisco VoIP, networking, and mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune, Apple Business Manager).
  • Understanding of data privacy, security practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with accountability and continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move within the facility.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Close vision required for detailed technical tasks.
