Kforce has a client in Lewisberry, PA is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Tech II to join a dynamic team supporting a fulfillment center environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining IT systems and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced setting.
Key Tasks:
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Customer Engagement: Provide clear, effective support while delivering a positive end-user experience
- Help Desk Management: Document, track, and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate records
- Collaboration: Partner with local and remote IT teams, as well as operations leadership, to deliver timely solutions
Requirements
- PC Support Experience: Hands-on experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP
- Technical Skills: Experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and asset management
- 24/7 Support Participation: Ability to participate in on-call rotations
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, multi-user environment
- IT Experience: Exposure to Microsoft administration, mobile device management, and RF technologies
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Teamwork & Autonomy: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to learning and professional growth
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Travel: Up to 10% travel as needed
- Shift: Availability for night shift coverage
Bonus Qualifications:
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications
- Experience supporting IT in a fulfillment or warehouse environment
- Experience in SLA-driven environments
- Familiarity with Motorola/Zebra RF devices (e.g., MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0)
- Project leadership experience
- Data cabling and facilities maintenance experience
- Vendor management and outage coordination experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
