Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting multiple software and banking applications and platforms in roles such as Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, and Technical Lead.
- Recent hands-on experience with programming languages and technologies such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, AWS, and SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering science and technology principles, techniques, and procedures, including the use of appropriate tools and equipment to design and implement products.
- Experience with Banking applications is highly desired.
- Experience working in diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, research and problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in organization and time management skills with proven track record of meeting various deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment.
