Job description
- Using SAP products, including SAP BW/4HANA, DataSphere and BusinessObjects, to design, develop, and implement Data Warehouse and Business Analytics solutions to support business requirements.
- Performing data modeling using InfoObjects, DSO InfoCubes, MultiProviders, APD, data loading, and delta management.
- Enhancing SAP standard extractors to meet complex business requirements.
- Using SAP BusinessObjects tools and BI Platform 4.3, including WEBI, Analysis for Office, and Lumira.
- Implementing ETL workflows and managing end to end complex data migration and conversion using SAP Data Services or Alteryx to extract data from multiple sources and schedule workflows.
- Converting SAP Marketing Hybris data and understanding the requirements to develop into BW reporting structures.
- Building audit reports to consolidate data between BW vs ECC vs BPC.
- Building models to generate data from Azure Data platform.
Position will involve telecommuting, with collaborative work activities required on-site as business needs dictate., * Provide level 2 and 3 support; proffers recommendations, leads projects and the development an/or research of advanced technologies.
- Perform complex tasks within the area of technical responsibility, works on multiple assignments/projects, and leads meetings, presentations, and technical training.
- Manage trouble ticket/problem resolution and issue escalation, and plan, schedule, and manage all operational day-to-day engineering support work activities for client based hardware and software, and and/or of the following: Active, Domain Controllers, Infrastructure Servers, Thin Clients and Citrix Solutions, Application Packaging, Altiris Solutions, and IIS.
- Lead projects to ensure on-time and in-budget implementation to support the achievement of business unit objectives.
- Proffer recommendations in area of responsibility regarding the integration of application projects into the infrastructure, and the introduction of technology to the IT organization; participates in evaluating enabling technologies and development tools;
- Designs and manages any/all of the following: client computing devices, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Infrastructure Servers, Thin Clients and Citrix Solutions, Application Packaging, Altiris Solutions, IIS in the areas of security, software/hardware management, backup/recovery of systems, server hardware/software consolidation, system performance and capacity planning, lead research of advanced technologies.
- Consult on planning and issues in client and server infrastructure support, installation and direction for new applications and business projects to ensure integration into existing infrastructure; consult with application team on proper design and use of technologies and tools.
- Lead the continuous improvement commitment and efforts for given groups(s): designing processes; establishing quality/quantity standards and metrics; collecting, refining, adapting and communicating "best practices' sharing knowledge and developing staff in a systematic fashion.
- Consult on operational and planning issues related to client and server engineering technologies; work with outside vendors in planning, evaluating their software, and resolving issues.
- Recommend the selection of technology platforms that are appropriate and cost beneficial.
- May lead projects and/or project teams (including assigning work, reviewing progress and evaluating results), mentor, provide guidance and technical direction to less experienced engineering and technical staff, including the provision of input in performance evaluations, but is not responsible for supervising anyone.
- Create and maintain project work plans and budgets; schedules and manages activities and project consistent with timeline and budget parameters in accomplishing organizational objectives.
- Provide subject matter expert (SME) level leadership on all aspects of CTS engineering and internal IT processes

U.S. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field, plus five (5) years of progressive, post-Baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Technical Consultant, Developer, or a similar position.
