- Lead End-to-End Analytical Projects Across Functions - Drive cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Apply Advanced Statistical Techniques for Strategic Insights - Perform complex statistical analyses to uncover hidden patterns and guide executive-level decisions on performance improvements.
- Architect and Operationalize Predictive Data Solutions - Design sophisticated data environments and modeling frameworks to forecast critical metrics that improve safety, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Translate Analytical Complexity into Executive Insights - Communicate analytical findings through compelling storytelling and data visualizations tailored to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Shape Technology Strategy for Analytics Advancement - Identify emerging tools and platforms; advise leadership on adoption strategies that future-proof analytical capabilities.
- Pioneer New Modeling Methodologies - Innovate with cutting-edge machine learning, optimization, and statistical approaches to solve evolving business challenges, including orchestrating the transition to new Machine Learning and Advanced AI Models.
- Leverage Big Data to Drive Competitive Advantage - Mine large, unstructured datasets to extract insights that unlock new revenue streams, cost reductions, or efficiency gains
- Bridge Business Strategy and Data Science Execution - Integrate deep business acumen with data expertise to engineer predictive models and algorithms that meet nuanced organizational goals.
- Evangelize Analytics Through Enablement and Mentorship - Advocate for BI tools and self-service analytics; mentor analysts and business partners to build a data-driven culture.
- Institutionalize Continuous Improvement Through Analytics - Build repeatable data processes that reflect and reinforce lean principles, enabling sustained improvements across workflows
Requirements
U.S. Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field, plus three (3) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Analytics Specialist, or a similar position.
Must possess three years of experience in each of the following: R, Python, SQL, Pyspark, Azure Databricks, PowerBI, Interactions with REST API
Must possess two years of experience in each of the following: SAP ISU, SAP BW, SAP Analysis, Alteryx, Azure ML Flow, Oracle Database, Metrics IDR, MS 365 Office suite, Statistical modeling, Machine Learning feature engineering using Pyspark and Algorithm training and optimization
Position will involve telecommuting, with collaborative work activities required on-site a minimum of three (3) days a week.
