Job description
We are seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data center electrical infrastructure, building management systems, and high-availability operations and a proven ability to execute planned electrical work, testing, and troubleshooting without impacting critical loads. Day Shift A: 12-hrs (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue) Responsibilities:
- Support electrical infrastructures across a data center campus, including large-capacity and smaller facilities.
- Perform Remote Power Panel (RPP) shutdowns of one source while maintaining critical load on remaining source (N).
- Execute Power Distribution Unit (PDU) shutdowns for power meter replacement.
- Conduct Power Interruption Testing (PIT) in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
- Perform master controller shutdowns or replacements and validate system restoration.
- Operate and monitor Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and Building Management Systems.
- Complete tasks aligned to CE Tech Level 1 and Level 2 role descriptions.
Requirements

Experience with electrical systems in high-availability environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing.

Working knowledge of EPMS and building management systems.

Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code.

OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

5+ years of work or applied learning experience in technical fields such as automotive, electrical, controls, or data center.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts and rotating shifts across 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Preferred Skills:

Qualified Electrical Worker designation.

Previous data center experience.
