Senior Programming Analyst

• We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to provide programming and application support within a Commodity Risk Management environment. This role operates within a Product Model and requires candidates comfortable working in Agile methodologies, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
• The ideal candidate will have strong .NET development experience, system analysis capabilities, and experience supporting applications in large, regulated industry environments., System Analysis & Design
• Analyze existing systems and business processes
• Gather requirements and design technical solutions
• Develop and implement automation solutions

System Maintenance & Support

• Provide ongoing maintenance and application support
• Troubleshoot system and application issues
• Implement system updates and enhancements

Collaboration & Communication

• Work with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Develop user manuals and system design documents
• Maintain process and support documentation

Problem Solving

• Identify system issues and root causes
• Provide timely resolution and performance improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in .NET programming
• Strong knowledge of database structures and management systems
• Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a Programmer Analyst
• Experience working in large, regulated industry environments preferred.
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience supporting Commodity Risk Management applications
• Exposure to AI tools and automation technologies
