Requirements

Strong experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex insights
Experience analyzing platform or workflow metrics to improve efficiency
Experience defining and refining performance metrics (e.g., personalization, testing, AI-driven experiences)
Ability to connect data insights to business value and customer outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally in product-driven environments
Comfortable working in evolving environments influenced by AI and new technologies

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI-driven analytics or personalization tools

Benefits & conditions

Compensation for this position ranges from 73k/year - 111k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime. This position requires the individual to be located in the Blue Ash, OH area.
