Systems Engineer (Tableau Platform)

Server and Tableau Cloud, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management + Utilize native command-line utilities (TSM, Tabcmd), Advanced Management tools (Resource Monitoring Tool, Content Migration Tool), and API-driven solutions to operate and automate the platform + Manage platform security and connectivity, including firewalls, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and authentication integrations (AD, SAML, Kerberos) + Monitor server health, performance, and capacity using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, DxNetOps, SiteScope + Administer users, groups, sites, projects, and permissions, including enforcing and locking project-level permissions + Troubleshoot incidents and performance issues involving backgrounder processes, extract refreshes, authentication, and system logs + Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery planning, including routine validation and testing of recovery procedures + Support operations through Windows Server, position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
