As a Creative Technologist, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and creative vision, automating workflows and building data-driven digital experiences that connect brands with consumers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Technology, you will collaborate daily with Art Directors, Digital Producers, and Engineers to turn innovative ideas into high-performance reality.

Responsibilities

Mastery of Emerging Tech: Advance your skills in GSAP, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering to stay at the forefront of the creative technologist field.

Proprietary Innovation: Prototype Epsilon's next generation of advanced creative tools, keeping our agency ahead of the digital media revolution.

Operational Excellence: Automate workflows to increase team capacity and scale high-volume, data-driven experiences for global clients without sacrificing quality.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a vital bridge between 100+ designers and engineering partners, translating technical constraints into creative wins.

Strategic Influence: Provide direct input into the company's strategic direction and navigate "uncharted waters" to avoid technical pitfalls.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git).

Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.

A proven understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development.

Strong debugging skills and the ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or completion of a relevant coding bootcamp.
